I found the number on a number lookup site, can’t remember which but I called and there was no answer. Today I had 2 missed calls from the same number so I tried again. These guys are fake Dish website, so scammers want to steal accounts basically.
They will say their BS about updating systems, blah, blah, then ask about the model ID on you box. I found this image on the Dish and used it to give the model ID and all that:
Then they wanted the phone number associated with the account saying my voip was not attached to any account. Short fuse scammers.
