These scams are usually 2-part. The first guy is just a proxy, you should have followed to waste the most of their time. They will ask for either your purchase history or for mobile verification to reset your account and transfer it to their e-mail. From on there it’s used to dump your items, sell or use for spreading / proving in other scams. You can try using a fake account with low-value Steam acc to bait them and see where your acc ends but that’s VERY risky and I NEVER recommend ANYBODY (yes, even you) tries it as it will end up compromising your account and possibly getting you VAC banned and whatnot.
