And they made it really realistic with the bold text and pretty much the same thing that admins do.
And, in the requirements it just says to click on the link and redeem the discord nitro.

Final conclusion is, this is a phishing attempt. And believe me, the website was realistic that many believed it was real because of the login page and the design, and how desperate people were. But no one can get nitro for free, except for your friend gave you nitro. And the rest of the external websites, DO NOT TRUST THESE FREE DISCORD NITRO SCAMS. Especially nitro giveaway servers, only trust giveaways from your favourite server that actually gave nitro before.
