Additional information about this scam: Recorded voice threatening to cut off your utility service. Menu to pay or speak to a rep. Guy to answer the phone sounded like he was Nigerian and on a cell phone. He would not tell me the name of his company and used obscene language… I end the call & blocked in on my cell
