I hit (STAR) as it asked me to. I said “Business” then the bot seems to be broken beyond that. Smh.

wtf now i call back it’s fake directv, doing same thing, beyond the menu bot seems to be broken when asking you for either CITY AND STATE or to just say “Toll Free”. I managed to get it to pick up “Chicago, Illnois” but then it went back to being broke

Not really… I was able to connect to one of their “sponsors” (???). The accent was Indian.
Both 846 and 411 numbers are down(0 ring hang) or they just blocked me idk
Interestingly 877-506-0846 was used back in 2020 as a subscription refund scam call back number. They called themselves “PP Care maintenance” and had a lot of numbers. I remember posting warnings in many numbers. Here is one reported only 3 weeks ago:
They had a very large list of numbers they used, so maybe some are still being used for other scams. Scampulse has a big list still on their site:
