Found it on a block of numbers related to the latest Walmart to FTC.
They offer a ridiculous price for premium packages and then ask for your CC details.

(747) 494-9871 called so much they put the phone down and I could here the other Chods in background. Called back got AT&T fake message then pressed any of the numbers required then next message says this number is not in service :joy::laughing::rofl:
