Extra Info: I got a voicemail stating, “Hi there I’m calling you from AT&T Direct TV to let you know that your existing account is qualified for 50% off. In order to avail the discount. Kindly call us back at 844-302-6495 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Thank you.”. I called and talked to a person named ‘Jason’, who had an Indian accent. He told me about this promotion they had to reduce my bill to 50%. Mind you I don’t even have their service. I gave them a random phone number and bill amount. And he said I have pay $700 dollars for the next 6 months for the promotion. But he said I have to use ebay giftcards. He gave me a billing department phone number, ‘(844) 580-1795 ext. 1’ and the confirmation number ‘dae746705’. Once he hung up, I waited a few and called the ‘billing department’ and talked to a guy in the ‘Billing Department’ and when he wanted the giftcard numbers I would start saying like 1 and just mute. And I kept doing it and he got mad at me and even meowed at me, not kidding. I just starting hitting the pound sign and he did it too and hung up.
