I really dont understand that this is all we can find out about this company and address, yet look at everything there doing. Someone must know something… I believe its a military or law enforcement program. The building is surrounded by military, and government buildings and NASA. The Huston Texas police when I called were suspicious about the address, they made up a fictitious story on the phone and put words in my mouth I did not say they made up a story when I asked them to check it out, they claimed they responded to it, and that the suite is vacant. I believe its the police doing it, as the police story doesnt add up. They also called me back on a randomly generated phone number that came up as a CRA scam when they called back therefore I believe its a police or law enforcement software. The police told me their phone number are randomly generated with local area codes of where the call originated from and therefore shows up as a scam. Seems suspicious since it was reporting the address as a scam. The other suspicious thing about that claim, is that most law enforcement agencies who call show up as private caller and not a actual phone number.
I found this. Also the Digitech website and probably all of this list are hosted by https://www.hivelocity.net/
I have reported it to them multiple times and theyh have taken zero action on shutting down any of the sites or ip addresses.

This operation uses dozens of “hosting” companies as fronts to lease IP addresses which are then used to send spam. Based in Chicago, Illinois and Tangier, Morocco.

Many of these sites pretend to be legitimate ISP, hosting, or telecommunications companies. However many of them are used by a Moroccan spam gang as a front to lease IP addresses to send out spam. When caught spamming they may try to use a scripted boilerplate excuse blaming the incident on fictitious “customers” or “hackers” (see link below).

Merely speculating about multiple sites on a Hosting platform isn’t going to get anyone to take action. You need to “connect the dots” and show there is fraudulent activity going on. You haven’t told us how any of those sites on that Hosting company are connected to fraud. Many are using Hosting sites to send out spam as a Marketing Campaign.
These spammers have to violate the TOS of the Hosting company before they take any actions and even then they may still allow them to remain if it is not criminal. You need victims in order to get them to shut down.
BBB reports show victims who have reported losses of money by digitech web resources, as well they are violations of CASTL and federal antispam laws. They are violating federal laws and these federal laws are not being enforced. I wanted to let everyone know that after years of me personally investigating digitech web resources, and contacting hivelocist.net multiple times over probably 6 years, The site has finally been taken down by hivelocist.net, is is now no longer a active site. Hopefully this cuts down on fraud span and scams in the future. I am confident it was a gang and organized crime focused on threatening and spamming people, and stealing information and charging their creditcards.
