I haven’t been able to call any working number and I’ve tried at least 50 numbers. Did they somehow add my textnow number to a list that automatically blocks my calls?
Most of the popup numbers in the discord server also don’t pick up at all. Ive even tried google voice, but nothing picks up, and if it does pick up, once I’m connected to the call center, the call hangs up
What do I do and how can I easily change my number? FireRTC is down. Is TextNow on my phone safe even though I’m calling from my real phone?
@Baiting_Central#152143 yes I think it’s safe the worst they can do is call you on text now or text you. Try 2nd line too or text free. Text free SUCKS but it last option for me. need ask a moderator of this forum … Justice in Texas or Otis… people. that’s fimiliar with this
@Baiting_Central#152143 Most numbers remain active for a relatively short period of time… most will not last a day, and some won’t even last an hour. You have to catch them when they are first reported… more than a few hours and your chances really diminish that they will answer.
I seriously doubt that they are targeting you or your number. Some days, I'll use the same name and number all day without any problems... Individual call centers may block your number after they figure out you are playing them, so you just move on to another. Any 'block' they may have for you is usually only good until the end of the day, so tomorrow is a whole new ballgame. And yes, TextNow is safe - it's voice over IP (VoIP) and cannot be traced like traditional phones. BTW: FireRTC is up.
