Yesterday I added the number +31-104-986-400 to bobrtc and called it for about 1 hour on multiple lines.
today this number was deleted from bobrtc.
I forgot create a post on this number and it might seem weird for me to add this number listed under spam since this number is of a small part of the local council in rotterdam in the netherlands (called 010werkt).
according to dutch law sending advertisments or other spam is prohibited when you are registered at a certain site

But this oranisation got so overwhelmed with problems with local councils in rotterdam they could not keep up
and "de gemeentelijke ombudman" was created
unfortunately some of the same councils sending spam in rotterdam regulate this now
And i claim this specific small part of a local council at 31-104-986-400 are spammers
they send people brochures with (in their opinion) usefull tips and commercials to all people who come in contact with their department.
According to their own privacy policy:

only for the purpose for which you left them. For example, if you have your name and address
because you want to receive a brochure, the municipality uses your data
not to send you other material. Unless you have indicated this on our website. Also

but when asked to stop sending brochures people get answers like this:
I checked with the policy and communication department. after investigation it appears that we cannot execute your request for the following reason:
no selection of names can be made in the file supplied to extract addresses from it. everything is printed and posted centrally
sending you to this forementioned "gemeentelijke ombudman"
for the last 2 years they have not been able to force this local council to stop spamming people with stuff like this
to me it seemed no more than fair to take a shot at their call center
have i added them against any rules or guidelines ?
