Additional information about this scam: You can get varying degrees of bad English from these people, but I think it’s mostly to harvest Medicare card numbers by offering special shoes. I gave them the “John L. Smith” sample card number that appears on line during the first call, then after that I mostly just trolled them any way that I could.
One buddhu told me they were in “O-MA-ha,” and another one said they were in New York. One asked me if I wanted shoes (I asked for size 17) with or without laces, and I asked which would be better for kicking somebody in the @$$. That ended that call. I guess I won’t be getting any new shoes.
