Additional information about this scam: this is a publishers clearing House scam that targets old people I first harassed this guy last week and then he took his number offline for a little while and now he’s back to his little dirty tricks I am begging the community to shut this guy down with phone calls he continuously tries to reach out on every phone number that comes in and he is an aggressive closer
