Was any message given as to amount of prize, car or any added claims by chance? Thank you!

He did mention a $3,000,000 prize during the call. However, I never received any text messages, voicemails, emails, or other messages beforehand mentioning a prize amount, vehicle, or winnings. The only time the $3,000,000 figure was mentioned was during the phone call itself.

The person answering at 909-749-8092 (Female/No Name) insists they are not scammers, sure didn’t hear an accent on this one but who knows.

@CatMan I swear I had a recording of her answering when I called, but when I go back it only shows I have the GV recording. This is the only thing I have for 9102615588. And I don’t feel comfortable basing it a scam off just that.

Update: I received another call from (224) 208-7735. The caller’s voice sounded like the original scammer who previously identified himself as “David White” and claimed I had won a $3,000,000 prize. During this call, he claimed to be with the sheriff’s department and asked what happened to my mail. This is the same voice I heard on the original calls, although I have also received calls from a different-sounding caller who used the name “David White.” The use of multiple voices, changing identities, and repeated calls from different numbers makes the situation appear highly suspicious and likely related to the same scam operation.

Phone number (224) 208-7735 is a TSG GLOBAL - FIRST DATE MOBILE - SVR. Calls are going to a generic VM.

Update: I got another call from (360) 304-7109. The caller said his name was David White and claimed the $3,000,000 prize was confirmed. He asked what happened to the receipt for the wire transfer. Earlier, I had told him that I supposedly sent the wire transfer and got a receipt, so this call seemed like he was following up on that. Between the repeated calls, the same name being used, and the continued talk about the prize money, I think this is connected to the same scam.
