Don’t tell me you are in Texas if you cannot answer who the governor is or anything about Austin. He answered the phone HELLO which is real professional. And I am sure reps for Delta and United swear at you.I called back and got a different guy and asked if he was in Texas and he said Huston. Yes, pronounced that way. HE could not tell me who Greg Abbot was and swore at me. The 833-462-7712 number goes to voicemail and cannot accept messages. This was as of 1210 on 4/21/20.

@JusticeinTexas#135467 646 number still working - and he admitted that he was in a call center in India. Got kind of touchy when I said “I don’t know who you are - you could be a scammer in India for all I know”! Proceeded to go down hill from there 
@Otis#135484 Typical. They get really mad when I ask a question about Texas and start calling me names. So I bring up their mother. I ask if their mother knows what they are doing and did she teach them to be a lying thief. That makes them more angry than if I swore at them.
Update the 646 number still works and we are almost 1 year later
