The callers have been identified as Smart Debt Strategies, who falsely claims to operate from a virtual office in New York City. They also operate https://smartdebtstrategies.online/ and appear to do business as “Salda Tu Deuda (Settle Your Debt).”
I am inclined to believe that the actual identity of their company is Vision Contact Solution, SRL, which operates out of the Dominican Republic.
