I got through, too. Sounded kinda like the guy on the recordings above, but he didn’t give his name. He sounded kinda wary at first, like he was tired. (Or tired of getting trolled. It’s about 4:29 AM in Kolkata as I type this.) I recorded it, too.
He said the company name was “National Debt Relief,” and asked if I knew the name or extension of the person who had called me. I told him I thought the guy’s name was “Buddhu, or something like that,” and he said he didn’t understand. When I asked him if it was a government program or a private company, he hung up.

It’s one of the few G-rated Hindi words or phrases I know. 
For anyone not familiar, I’ve usually heard it pronounced “booDOO.”
