I got a cold call this morning at 8am from a “Debt Collector” attempting to collect on a debt that i had paid off in full and then some more than 15 years ago. phone number was +1 409-205-1281 a search on Google showed it as a non-fixed VoIP phone in Sabine Pass, TX. I don’t remember what collection agency he claimed to represent.
