There is a office in San Bernardino California that is a total scam. I worked there for one day to try the small call center out. After I heard what they were telling debtors on the phone. Is immediately quit the same day. The owner is Randall Fiields he is someone that knows nothing about debt collections. He has a girl Angie that is the the manager of his office. She’s been in debt collections for 8 months. These are scammers that are trying to really make money no matter what it takes. I have heard several closers say they are a law firm. Which they aren’t. They aren’t even a licensed debt collection office. If the debt is $200. They will collect $800 saying it is for the court cost. We need to put a stop to this. These people need to be arrested for what they are doing to individuals that are low income. Disabled. Elderly. Or anyone.
