Extra Info: Interesting one here, I received a VM stating that I had to call the “DEA” at this number and speak with Alex Watson.
I called him and he demanded to know my “NPI” number, which is a number that doctors use for billing purposes. I asked to know why he needed this number and he got very upset, still he did not tell me why the original message was left for me.
He threatened to have me arrested if I did not give him my NPI number.
He then called me a teri-mahkishoot, and a MFer when I pressed him and contronted him.
Was never able to find out the end game here, he might be phishing for doctors’ info, maybe for extorsion, drug scams, who knows. If anyone else can figure it out, please comment here.
