Ddos and ratting

Too all these newbies and script kiddies watching vids and trying out rats and ddosing be fucking careful if you run windows or mac then you shouldnt even be trying to execute these attacks you will end up in more trouble then the scammers

hope this okay @MPH just warning all these people who dont understand the risk involved in undertaking these attacks

@G3THO3#18663 No offense taken. It is true that all newcomers to these basic hacking attempts need to make sure they follow all secure steps and not skip anything. Also, research research research. Windows and Mac can be secured to a level of anonyminity and Microsoft has some of the best security in the world if implemented correctly (Encryption for example). I can tell your a Linux guy… love the penguin. But then again Linux (Kali for example) and BSD can be compromised as well, just requires a couple more steps.

I would say definitely research and carefully consider if you want to hacking or ethical hacking of any nature. Make sure you know how to work Kali Linux or whatever your using - you don’t want to be accidentally hacking your own network by running on NAT.

Don't jump into something you don't know - and never do it without understanding the consequences - that obviously depends on each different country. In the UK you can get prosecuted under the Computer Misuse Act for hacking.

Please be careful:)

The thing about being a noob is that you don’t know what you don’t know. We’ve all been there.

If your gut tells you, "I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing here" - DON'T do it!

As a basic foundation for ratting, you should understand virtualization, how to properly set up a VPN, understand concepts such as DDNS, port forwarding, crypting and FUD and then you will only be ready to practice (white hat of course) within the scope of your own virtual lab. All of this takes a good bit of TIME to practice. If you wanna dive in and just do it, just put a pair of cold handcuffs on for a while and think hard about it.

Like @G3THO3 said above, you can get in a lot of trouble and it's not worth the risk. Like all the others said, be careful!

And its not just changing ips etc you also need to spoof your MAC address aswell
