I believe that this agency is a scam, and it uses a umbrella structure, where they have several agencies registered under one person or umbrella (cover company) and several minor shell companies. So you cant find a bin number for dca agency. They had been forwarding calls to me for months calling me looking for someone else so I had to send them a letter to cease and desist. I believe they are operating illegally, using threats, not properly registered and use harassment to get money out of people. They also give out other peoples information by spamming peoples phones and their head agent does not answer questions professionally and most of the time not at all. Frequently leave phone on desk off the hook. I could also access other peoples files because all you need to confirm the account is the persons name they call you claiming you are and give out their case numbers in their automated spam.

it also hasnt been updated since 2012, they have several callers in their call center and they all sound suspicious in my opinion. I believe the senior level agent or owner is Linda DeRocchis
