Extra Info: Suddenly I got a call from Cyprus, they never said from where they call, but they had my number, offering some educational package about “investments”, asking for email, name, and where do I work and at what position.
I could hear voices in the background of other calls, Don´t know if it is a 100% scam, but as Czech, I don´t think they would try to offer “their educational packages” like this, it stinks of scamming.
Welcome to Scammer.info! I wonder why did an English-based scam target Czechia, usually at least the robocall / invitation e-mail is in native language. Are you interested in investing platforms or it came out of the blue? What language were said “other” voices in?

According to this rather dubious source it seems like the phone number is associated with http://www.cyprusinsuranceadvisor.online and http://www.altiusinsurance.eu/ but please don’t trust this source as this number seems to be shared by some other services such as a wedding photo service.
