These people send out cold calls on spoofed normals and if you answer the person on the line is someone who has worked on your computer before and found network errors. They did tree and netstat and said cvss or whatever was a trojan and did the stopped services. Typical scam. They connect to computers using AnyDesk.

@drwat#178517 All those sites are dead, I see microsupportpc and it’s name is similar to https://micro-pctech.com/ which is another scam company https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16d2PKKkKCo the numbers are different to the ones on here but similar names.
Also yeah, I know geolocation isn't always accurate but it is helpful.
