Additional information about this scam: Found on findwho, a poster states they received a text from fake CVS, “Text said it was CVS Pharmacy and they will charge card for $289.89 for order #xxxxx , call this number.”
Order ID 0730167, amount 289.89
Spoke with Richard then Mike at BoA who said my case would be sent to SSA.
