So the way that this scam works is the victim messages a fake facebook page and thinks it is the compay in question customer service team however it actually scammers trying to get the victims details to sell on and hopefully they also send the scammer bitcoin to “verify” their identity.
As part of my investigation i sent the scammer Grabify links and you can see the info i got below -
