This is a crypto scam targeting people on social media by pretending to be a “trading expert.” The scammer goes by “Laura Lucas” and promises fake profits of $5k-$10k per week by copying trades.
Victims are told to:
- Upload ID to a fake verification portal
- Share Coinbase wallet screenshots
- “Fund” their account with BTC
The fake platform mimics a trading dashboard, but funds are stolen after transfer. WHOIS shows bogus registrant info (name: DDDDDDDD WWWWWWWWWW), obviously fake. Nigerian contact number, and Gmail address. The site is brand new and actively being used to phish and scam.
