Received the following yesterday and only just seen it now! WOMP WOMP.
This is a good laugh, hell a shit-show… Just thought I’d share.
Carrier: Onvoy via Neutral Tandem; 4-ring voicemail.
@OfclyGoodenough @scamterminator2021 @LordOfTheRings @JusticeinTexas @MajorLeeAwesome @drwat @Tillianne
I tried to call, but it kept going to VM.
I left this message: “Hey, it’s me!! Where are you?”
@Tillianne Feel free to have a read, most up to date chat. Still conversating with this bozo.
What an arrogant POS!
Should I try to call him again?
Text. I’m pretty positive at this stage it’s some kind of fake scammer, who also does not answer the phone for whatever reason, but as always I’m more than happy to engage. It’s the fun part.
I’ll try to text the loser.
My original theory, was that this could’ve been some “new owner” type person, or a pissed off employee… You know the ones that have secret hierarchy orders as an employee or whatever to target consumers who leave rightful reviews, that of course damage their reputation as deserved etc. But now I’m not so sure. Thing it’s just an outright idiot, of course, I was never going to pay a dime anyways no matter what. It was just the fact I thought IN ITSELF, it could’ve been - some what - genuine, which seems less likely right now.
But anyways, oh well. Feel free to just hit them up. Text bomb if you must.
I still have texts to share, will be uploaded shortly. STILL, conversating with this freak.
Ask this individual to share his full name and credentials. If he is a licensed attorney, ask him to share his attorney license number. You can then report this behavior to their State Bar Association. It might be found to be in violation of legal regulations. That would likely get them disbarred, if it were the case.
I have tried both texting and calling, the thing refuses to respond.
See if you can find out what State this individual resides in. You can then file official complaints with State authorities for harassment, too.
If they are indeed with Tax Relief Partners (which I am not quite sure about), then this company seems to be in Santa Ana, CA. It might be seen as a cyber crime type of behavior, which you can report here:
Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Company | State of California - Department of Justice - Office of the Attorney General
Let me know if it responds!
Did you not read the whole chat? What did you think I repeatedly tried to do? Unsuccessfully. And pointed out the TCPA Mandate.

Yes, I know, you did. I was also sharing it with the purpose to inform other scambaiters to see if they can obtain this info. They can then share it with you, pal
You can then report them.
