@4TheRecordUK#14824 I Google searched it and a bunch of complaints can be found such as this: BAD NUMBERS - 800-847-2911 / 8008472911 Flagged as scam and illegal robocalls.
Most likely the scammer spoofed their caller ID as a legitimate visa fraud prevention number?
