I hate to say this but I was wrong
866-927-5831 is a number associated with capitalone social media support
i was unable to find this number on their website at first
@TheCEoHN#109346 I believe the 800-903-3637 you entered was a spoof.
When I call this, I'm asked for direct voice response. Few scammers implement direct voice interaction IVR correctly. I probed it further and got more CapitalOne referrals to other departments.
You have to be careful about banking scammers because so often scammers will spoof bank numbers so when victims Google the caller ID they believe it is legitimate when obviously it isn't. Banks deal with loads of confused customers calling every time there is a robocall campaign going on.
and there are more reports of spoofed calls from this number as you suspected

this being the second number on 1 day you had correct and explain
I am sorry. the last thing i would want is to give bobrtc or scammer.info a bad name
I will adapt my search methods to try and make sure this does not happen again
and be WAY more carefull regarding possible spoofed numbers (and my postings in general)
once again my thanks for explaining and thank you for your patience with me
I am just an audio baiter. The audio is in promo where you can hear the conversation. I think they said their website was the number 1 and not one. I posted what I saw because the link was in bobrtc where I could discuss that number.
I am not sure what is real. I just know the number was given and I didn’t see it in list so I thought I would post just in case.
