A guy picks up and asks me how I got this number. I asked him if this a Debt elimination department. He says, its his personal number. 
Puts me on hold with music after that.

AT&T number, may be spoofed.
not a spoofed number. still active, i have spoken with Daniel and Marcus
Pakistani accent. He told me that they are experian and that he was born and raised in New York City, but he couldn’t tell me how many boroughs there are in New York City, who the governor is or even what time it was.
