A guy called me from this number, telling me that they are calling from Visa and that I was eligible for low rates. Since I noticed that it was a scam, I told them I do not leave balance on my cards, and asked if he is sure he called the correct number, he said yes, I asked "can you confirm my credit card number?', he said “one second let me check” and he hung up.
