Got a robocall that directed me to a nice Indian gentleman that was eager to lower my interest rate to as low as 0.0%. Told him I don’t trust cold calls and to give me a callback number, which he did (877-353-7092). Call was answered and directed back to this lovely gentleman who then tried over and over to gather my credit card and personal information.
Went through a lovely conversation with him where he said he had my account information on his screen already. Apparently I had a 12.0% interest rate on my card, but he wasn't allowed to tell me so much as my first or last name or even initials. After consistent pestering by me I finally got him to say a first name (which was of course totally wrong) then he tried to save himself by guessing a random last name (which he also got wrong). He closed out with some lovely Hindi curse words towards me before hanging up.
A good time was had by myself, not so sure about the lovely Indian gentleman, however. :)
