Joseph Brian picked up for me, audibly in a busy call center
I tried calling them twice. A lady picks and transfers me to the agent. they ask my SS#, gave a fake one. They knew the SS# was not associated with the bank (they say). Then they ask for the card number. I made some number up starting with 4022-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. they knew the card number does not start with that four digit.
Not sure anyone has any insight to those.
Philippines call
One female told me to outright “Fuck off” after I was mocking the script.
Do they have leaked customer data, like SS#, account number and names?
Credit One Bank are notorious robocallers, who flout the do not call laws with offshore cold callers.
They have hundreds of call centre operators sending out calls all day on hundreds of numbers
They’re a real business, albeit a shady Las Vegas predator lending/credit operation.
They may not be a scam but certainly don’t have the best of reputations for a legitimate business
I have a bulging database with numbers for these twits also
