Extra Info: My friend sent me a link about a Craigslist apartment she suspected to be fake (see link above) and I have been chatting with the person and all of the red flags are going off (address doesn’t seem to exist, email name is “Smith Joan”, apartment has been listed 3 weeks that would normally have been sold by now, story about how the current tenant lost a child during childbirth and I can’t view the apartment until October 9th but they want a deposit to reserve it etc etc)
Anyway their email is [email protected] and the account they want me to send the money to is:

and the Zelle and Venmo details are both supposedly under [email protected]
I tried reporting the account to Chase but their fraud department only seems accessible to people that have an account and I don’t. Can someone help me report this information? Here is a Chase bank link with numbers.
