That is weird people are reporting it on https://findwhocallsyou.com/215-901-3622 as well.
Nearly all of these call centers (whether it be a tech support related one, IRS or any other type of scam) will adjust their callerID to include the area code of the individual they are try to reach. The number they call you from is usually never the one at which you can reach them back at, and in this case it seems like the one they chose happened to match a pre-existing phone number.
I called them at 289-237-3173 today, spoofing 289-237-3173. Now they want EFTPS voucher.

She listed CVS, Dollar General neither operate in Canada.
One scammer claimed this call center is in Hyderabad, India. I asked how the weather was there in Kolkata.

Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Bhopal and Indore.
Tech support scam originate from the above cities PLUS Kolkata, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Chennai, Hyderabad and Jaipur
