613-927-9219 – This guy almost blew my eardrums out! He almost overpowered my ability to record. He never said he was with the CRA.but answered IRS. He could not spell my name. He could not understand I don’t have a Social Insurance Number. He could not understand how loud he was. And of course, he DID NOT LISTEN! He was not the brightest crayon in the box.

I redialed and Nagamese “officer Elaine” picked up the phone. I wished her “Happy Diwali” the biggest holiday of the year in India. We taled in Hindi. She is from Kohima in Nagaland
