I had the same experience twice today (06/08/18) but from 318-618-9218 and 775-553-5597.
They said the IRS is suing me. Among other things, they said they would take away my driver's license (which is not a Federal license).
Spoke to two people, both with heavy Indian accents; one said his name was Eric Boyd.
