It’s really annoying when you try 23 different numbers and it hangs up before you can even call. I know there are scam centers with working phones. Unless they change their numbers 5 min after putting them up.

Tech support popup scammers do change their number after about 5 mins. They used to last about an hour several months ago, but Bob has changed that.

As @AussieScamBuster#119696 has already mentioned, numbers entered into our system go down very fast. Please read prior BobRTC announcements before coming on here to complain.

A lot of people have put a lot of hard work into this. You aren’t paying for it. We aren’t getting paid for it. We put time, energy and money into it so you can have a free service to scambait. The scambaiting community was dying because firertc closed it’s doors and the only alternatives were setting up your own pbx. If you don’t like it, don’t use it. As others have stated before, we are not doing non toll free calling right now. We have a limited staff due to the holidays. Scammers ramp down their operations during the holidays because they know the most vulnerable people are most likely with family and friends this time of year. This is just the nature of scambaiting. Numbers go up and down all the time. Frankly, you sound like a whiny little child. This is free to you and we are not your servants. You are free to learn how to code and set up and pay for your own system to call on. Have a great day.

Notice the lack of cooperation, the fighting, and the complete lack of freshness. Most 'scambaiters' are just annoying vultures that contribute nothing and want to forage off the remains of other's work. Are vultures entitled to complain to the killing lion that the meat is no longer fresh? Nope, and neither are you entitled to complain that the scraps you're given aren't enough.
Don't rely on others to find scammers or numbers, learn to hunt and find scammers. Don't be a vulture, be a lion. Contribute to the community instead of taking from it.

It is practically a rant, by someone who wanted free candy in Strawberry flavour, but got pissy that only Lemon flavours are left.
Toll numbers are down for the time being, and Toll Free scammer numbers have very short life spans.
If there were a "Working/Not Working" numbers listing, there'd be no point to a Non working database would there?
BobRTC even mentioned their upcoming reduced service period due to the incoming Holidays, so is this really the proper time to ask them to "Re-organize the sites entire listing" to working and non working?
Do you have any idea the man power and testing that needs to go into that? and the work needed to maintain that?
The BobRTC developer crew are doing this out of their own pocket money, with just barely enough contribution by us, and we should be thankful their site is even available to us as a completely free service with no special features reserved to Donators whatsoever.
Their Non-tolled number service is literally "Here, call these numbers that cost us money, but you get to keep calling them for free, even if YOUR CALL TOKENS RUN OUT..." You won't even be cut off when your tokens run out.

Please, take a moment to look over your argument, and these comments, and think over whether any of this even makes sense, and whether your persistence is even worth this...
I say this all, not to despise or anger you, but it is a minor wake up call, as we are here for a serious cause, and minor arguments as this, is a waste of everyones time and money doing this outside of our actual work hours.
I also cant believe you abuse your verified status to even post this unfiltered rubbish without it being checked by staff in the first place.
Makes me want to propose we verified members revoke our rights for automatically approved posts, and reserve that for Donator ranks and upwards.
@Chutiyaslayer69#119849 Propose to me a computer algorithm that can detect when a scammer has decided to:
a) go on a smoke/shit break
b) gone home for the day
c) disconnected their number for a while
d) never intends to use their number ever again because too many scambaiters know it
The algo also needs to not remove numbers in case of A, B, or C but also guess when they'll be back or keep trying, and remove the number in case of D.
The current system sorts the numbers in vertical columns, freshest on the first column on the left, based on when the line was answered at the other end. Listening for message intercepts does not work because a lot of scammers play fake message intercepts when their hunt group is empty or they've blocked you.
Believe me if there was a clear path to determining which of the 12,500 numbers we have which ones are good an answering with a live person at the other end, we’d be on this right now because WE want that feature too.
Unless someone here on Scammer.info is a motherfucking GOD at enhanced AI prediction and knows which of those numbers to test and to sense whether you're being played and someone will answer after 3 minutes of hold or you're not going to get someone... we're willing to work with anyone who can help build a filter.
I have considered crowd-filtering but scambaiters tend to produce more crap data than they do good data; and remember that scambaiters are not the only users on BobRTC. We have scammers who try to get into BobRTC, some of them are successful. Scammers want to see whether BobRTC knows about their numbers b/c they know once they're entered into BobRTC they have no choice but to switch to another DID.
If you're not willing to do any hunting as a scambaiter I don't know what to suggest other than to just call the punching bag that is always willing to pick up the phone: CheapFlightsFares.
