AllState refuses to look into this matter, says all their lead generators are TCPA compliant which is obviously a lie. They refuse to look at the call recording or look up my callerID and go from there either.

Same story, another TCPA violation by the “Consumer Insurance Association” aka Filipino call center and they transferred me to another AllState:
i have called and filed a claim with the TCPA before on many companies that call my personal phone. i called them back and tell them to take me off the list. to make it legit if it was to go to court that i called. he told me not to do that most are scams. so i guess just flat out reporting them when they war dial me. Crossing fingers. i havent had anyone call me about someones debt. i hope this helps with anyone getting same type of calls.

252-435-2777 is a legit Allstate number… why are you having people screw with legit people…
