The number belongs to Consumer Help Group, LLC, a fraudulent public relations agency by Erica M. Palazzola that attempted to get me to sign up for their “advantage relief program” and earn “$53,000.” They are located at 2626 NE 11 CT FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33304.

When I called back, I was asked to press 1 to be transferred to their “specialist.”

This guy is a hater for sure. No scammer woud use their own information, a number and a real name. It looks like you are finding attention here, Your username should be @ofclybadenough

First off, I would ask that you cease further harassment moving forward, as your remarks are made in violation of our content standards, which you will find on our Terms of Service page.

Second, I would like to provide some important context in regards to the validity of my post:

  • The post was made after I received a soliciting robocall when my number was on the do-not-call registry. As I have received multiple calls from this agency, their telemarketing scheme likely violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
  • I did double-check the numbers to see if they were still active, and I only got an answer on their (330) number for a Medicare scam. The number has also been reported on YouMail with the same voicemail multiple times.
  • The (802) number has been reported on RoboKiller for facilitating similar robocalls, including one from “Michael with the underwriting team of Capital Funding”
  • The (308) number has been reported on YouMail, where a recording of their voicemail can be heard.
