I’m calling now the (844) 371-5820 number. I do not know though if my TextMe northwestern California TextMe number or my TextNow Fresno, California number is in the area of ConEd. I hope they’ll answer my call.
Okay, these scammers nowadays are not the brightest bulbs in the builing.
So on the first call, a guy answered with only Hello. I said, “Hello, how are you?” He said fine. After about 5 seconds of silence, he asked me what I want. I said, “Is this ConEd?” He said yes. After another 5 seconds of silence, I asked him what his name is. He answered what sounded in English like Gems Allen. I think he meant to pronounce James Allen. So I said that I need to speak about a non-payment. The call did not hang up but I could not hear him answer and I said “Hello, are you there?” a few times. Finally I hung up.
I called back a second time and a guy answered as the Billing Dept. I asked him his name and he said Juan. I asked him if he has a “Gems Allen” working for him. Juan said yes. I told Juan that Gems Allen was on a call with me but I could not hear his voice anymore during the call and that maybe Gems Allen could not hear me. Juan said he would connect me to Gems Allen.
Gems Allen got on the call and I told Gems Allen that we cannot understand him when he is trying to pronounce English while simultaneously sucking the c!ck of his supervisor Juan. Gems Allen hung up immediately.
These criminals are so skittish!
I will continue trying to harassing these stupid criminals!
