I don’t get how they fool people.
They first claim to be "The Microsoft cancellation department" but when you insist say they are certified MS partners.
I said I purchased my computer at BestBuy and made my point "I want to know who gave you my personal data."
Obviouly, MS doesn't have my CC number and BestBuy doesn't know the license number of my PC (or do they? I wasn't sure but claimed they don't.)
After I asked for the third time if Best Buy or MS shared my personal data with a random certified technican, they hung up

Hahaha I let him go through until I told him I downloaded RemotePC. Then asked him how he lies to people all day and he called me a motherfucker and hung up!
