Computer Tech scam

I’m new to this site and apologize in advance that I’m not very tech savvy. My 78-year old father has been the victim of just about every scam that has come his way this past year which is something that he never fell for a couple of year ago, but now you can’t convince him he is wrong. The most recent…apparently a pop-up appeared on his computer about issues with his MacBook and he called them and let them on his computer. He also signed up for some type of service (but I haven’t verified this year). Seems they didn’t finish the remote session, because in the past week this group has called and left 7 messages (this doesn’t count the times that they call and don’t leave a message) asking for him to call so that they can get back on and finish the work on his computer. We have gotten messages from AJ, Shawn, Michael, and Kate (all of which have Indian accents) and all use the message that they are calling from Tech 24/7 at 877-201-5690. Any suggestions on the computer side of this what I should do? I have tried calling the number and it just says that the person that I’m calling is not currently available. This isn’t the first group of computer people to scam him - guess they just changed their company, contact and phone number and are working him again.

There are a lot of company who are scamming old people, I have have a list of scammer’s numbers you can call them and ask community to report these numbers to FBI.
