Additional information about this scam: Originally called me from 833 741-5173 and told me they were receiving error messages from my computer. Their phone line was awful, so he called me back from (855) 786-0672. (CID display)
I’m working and can’t dig much further into this. Perhaps some of you guys can check this out.

Twilo, caller ID is “SnapFixUS.” 833 741-5173 is an 800TFN number.
“Thanks for staying connected, this is David. How can I help you”
The scammer told me I was gonna receive a call back within 5-10 minutes.

I read him a fake pop-up. He had me open quick assist. Now wants to connect with AnyDesk.
Told me that hackers changed settings on my computer…
