Computer Subscription Cancellation

I got a voicemail and knew it was a scam so I called them back using a burner number. They wanted to access my computer to “cancel the subscription of $399”. Definitely a sys-key scam. The phone number is 513-548-4395 please spam with calls or let them login to your virtual machine.

Heard Bollywood music in the background when he picked up lol

At 9:10 AM on 06/25/20, this number called (Name unavailable.) When I’d asked the name of the company, he said it was “Microsoft Geek Squad.” Yeah, right. He then brought me to their website, which was anydesk.com. Sounds harmless. He said his name was Peter Johnson, but his thick accent belied that.

I'd accidentally subscribed to their so-called service (what service?) a year or two ago, and I now want to cancel/unsubscribe. Of course, he wanted to renew my subscription. I requested to unsubscribe, but he wouldn't let me do that unless I downloaded their software on my computer. While I was supposed to be running his program, I instead took the oppty to check out thee website. IT was identified as scam, fraudulent, unsafe. He then had the gall to tell me that, if I don't unsubscribe, then he will bill me for another year of non-service. I let him think that I ran their program and downloaded the software. When I asked them to connect me to billing, he wouldn't do that unless I allowed them remote access to my computer. I told him that I was reluctant to download unknown software, and he feigned being surprised. He finally referred me to his supervisor who was equally uncooperative. I think I was screwed by this company before, and I don't know how to remove this fee from an upcoming bank statement. It's a $400 or $500 fee. The last time, I kept getting messages on my computer that it wouldn't run until I contacted this company. That is how i got involved the first time. This seems like a ransomware scheme.

Interestingly, the next day another # (833) 636-0233 called and left incomplete message, but the last half of it said to call them if I didn't want a fee charged to my account. Of course I called. I begged him to give me their website, which he wouldn't do unless he thought that I was at my computer and ready to run his program. In his so-helpful manner, he offered to guide me through the process of running his software. My IP address wasn't lighting up on his board, so I told him that my computer wouldn't let me do what he wanted He finally gave me his website because he wanted me to connect with it.
While he thought I was running his program, I was actually doing an internet search of his software www.teamviewer.com which was to enable him to take control of my computer, which, of course, I refused. Lookup.Robokiller warned that his is a robocaller. User reputation was neutral, but Robokiller status was blacklist
My primary concern now is how to block their trying to charge my account..
