Complete Debt Elimination Scam: (855) 474-5460 and (855) 474-5499

Whoa is this a sort of call center with hundreds of lines? Any way to find them all or is it a waste of time?

It is a massive scam operation, based on the volume of their calls placed:

I know there are many more toll free numbers they have, I’ve heard this exact menu numerous times before.

I’ll listen for this distinct menu during future searches and see what shows up
I’m certain there is many more. There’s so many tax relief/tax forgiveness nonsense scams out there to fool people into believing they somehow qualify to never pay due taxes
I was able to retrieve these two toll free numbers from my database, even though they were originally labelled with a slightly different description.

Still plainly answering right now.

I’ve been told to stop calling, apparently they aren’t too fond of ASMR foods (lays crisps).

I told the agent I had on the phone “Frank” I allegedly owe $70,000 in federal tax debt, he transferred me to his senior “Andy” and I told him because I supposedly started a backyard cryptocurrency mining operation without properly reporting income or paying taxes on the profits and when the IRS somehow (eventually) caught wind of the unreported earnings, they proceeded to clearly heavily slap me with back taxes, penalties, and interest.

I told him it was for the year 2023 [last year] rather than the year 2022, so this had only just been assessed. When he asked about how they found out, if they audited it, I said I was entirely sure; my neighbour must’ve reported me because my machine must’ve been so loud sounding like a rocket. I did tell him I file my taxtes yearly but at the moment I’m not paying anything towards my settlement. He only then abruptly disconnected.

Reasonably spacious call centre, judged from the background noise I could hear at the start of the call.

They are such underachievers

Now that’s an understatement.

Another idea: Say you owe $(XX,XXX) because you fell victim to a fraudulent tax shelter scheme promising to reduce your tax liability. When the IRS did in fact audit your returns and discovered the illegitimate deductions, they demanded repayment of the falsely claimed tax benefits, plus penalties and interest. Should hopefully start to mess with their heads a little. :joy:

They are so excited about helping me!!! I told him I won 7.5 million from PCH and I owed a million to the IRS but I spent it all on gambling and booze.

(848) 206-3276 is currently up.

I spoke with two American guys and one of them hung up when I asked about their website after identifying as “Tax Relief Services”.

The other one was reluctant to tell me but finally coughed it up.

Quite the history on BBB:
https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/santa-ana/profile/tax-return-preparation/optima-tax-relief-1126-100115586/complaints

But then again, maybe they were lying it being their website.

The business seems to be located in Santa Ana, CA, which is in Orange County.

You should file a complaint about them here: Report Fraud - Orange County District Attorney (orangecountyda.org), It is under “Consumer Complaint” Section.

You should also report their illegal robocalls here: Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Company | State of California - Department of Justice - Office of the Attorney General

The State of California is pretty good with consumer complaints against unethical businesses.

Needless to say, all these numbers are on the network of Inteliquent/Sinch/Onvoy… An ugly and disgusting abomination in the world of shady VOIP telecom scum.

The fresh start initiative does not exist. At least not in the way it’s advertised to the general public. Back in 2011 the IRS amended some tax laws and changed the threshold to make an offer & compromise slightly more obtainable for the average person. With that being said, an offer & compromise is still very difficult to qualify for. When the IRS announced those changes in its news releases, they made a statement that these series of changes would help struggling taxpayers get a “fresh start” with their tax liabilities. Then the marketing scumbags at these tax relief companies ran wild with it. They make it sound like it’s a new program being offered but you have to act quickly before it ends. But the fact is that it’s not going to end because it’s not really even a program that you can get into at all. Just deceptive marketing practices that the majority of these places use. Which is why the places that use this terminology in their advertising need to have their time wasted.
