Additional information about this scam: Got a VM about saving 50% on my Xfinity Bill. They clearly have a user sheet, because they tried to validate against one of my fake numbers and couldn’t. Greedy guy eventually just caved and told me all about how I can save money as long as I pay 6 months in advance to lock in the price. They eventually “cleared my Balance” and notified me via text from ‪(203) 392-1958‬ and transferred me to the billing department at 855-455-3055

Billing Department wanted me to pay with Target giftcards because Target was “sponsoring my discount”

2033921958 appears to have been spoofed as it does not connect to a person. It seems that it may have been allocated to just send out the text messages rather than accepting or making actual outbound calls.

855-455-3055 is on Birch Communications which is owned by Fusion and there is currently no way to contact and report fraud to them without being a customer. If anyone has a working email for Fusion Connect, please let me know so that I may test it out.
