One of them puts you “in the database”, revocation of your registration, “transfer to toll booth for an 35% service fee”, “prosecution” and devastation to your credit score. etc. Instructions ask you to go to https://dmv.colorado-nr.cc/us to pay. A lot of coworkers got this text as well.
