Financial Welfare Group is an Indian scam call center by Praveen Singh that is constantly dialing my Google Voice number from various Onvoy numbers to solicit a “free health insurance plan.” While they claim to operate out of a convenience store in Rome, Georgia according to an archived snapshot of their website on the Wayback Machine and a single-family residence in Valley Stream, New York that also appears to house their parent company, Cloud18 InfoTech Pvt. Ltd.
“Hi, this is financial welfare group. We called to enroll yourself for $0 health insurance plan. Thank you.”
While the company claims to be a “certified advertising partner” with Google and Microsoft’s Bing, they also revealed the locations of their 2 call centers:
