Well.. there’s many things wrong about this. Firstly, the bank isn’t who I’m with.. the websites wrong..
Some others have reported the site to Google Safe Browsing, which I have done too.

The forms, I believe, log IP addresses and user agents. So if you are going to try and enter any fake information (assuming the site is still up), please use a VPN
